The subconscious control of visitors action with good web design. Web design makes a big difference on what our visitors do. How they see the pages. They buy by what they see.
Bright colors in the right places make that spot impossible to ignore. For example an orange buy button or a word in the headline in red.
How things are laid out on the page is important. Images consistently sized help to make it nice to look at. Using the same font styles and colors that are repeated make for a pleasing page.
The good use of consistency,Repetition, alignment, and proximity is visually pleasing. This is the smart use of visual and information design.

I agree, web design is absolutely important. If you have the opportunity try to test a few versions of your website for a while. Try to change the color of your background, make sure it's clearly organized, figure out what you want your visitors to focus on.
Great blog Deanna! Very straightforward, anyone can use your info.

"TRAINING TO LEARN MORE TO EARN MORE.":
Hello Deanna
Learning is so important, all successful entrepreneurs knows that they must continue to learn to stay successful. All great corporations have great training program for their employees. It is because these corporations know a lot of well trained employees, translate to healthy bottom line. You can always tell. If a company is a fly by night versus a company that has a plan to stay for the long haul, by the company’s training program. Just a little observation I made over the years.
Great information on your blog and a good reminder for us all on your message “Learn more, Earn more.”
