Good Customer Service Can Make Or Break A Business!

We got this business card. On the front was the things that you would expect to see-name of the company, the person representing the company ( in this case the owner), address, phone number, website, something about what the company does.

It was the back side of the card that got my attention. It looks like this:

How would your customers feel when getting a card like this one? What guarantees do you give to your customers? What kind of service do you give? You can find them here. They have great before and after photos. If you are wanting a "kitchen tune up." They are all over the country.

How can you do something like this in your business? Have you done something like this in your business? Think about what you can do. It can help to grow your business.

Hi Dan & Deanna .. that would be great if all businesses offered that high level of service - wouldn't it! However it is true .. if you are a customer - you want the best.

I always remember a manager of a very posh old fashioned jewellers in Bond Street, London - 40 years ago or so .. saying "the customer is always right"!

They're not always .. but you can make them feel that way ..

We should give our best in all things .. thank you - all the best

Customer service is very thing. If the customers are not happy, they will not come back and they will tell other not to come. A business can die because of it.
Thank you for sharing.

Hi Dan & Deanna,

Customer service is critical to the success of any business! It normally defines a successful business vs gone out of business.

There are always competitors in any business. So, if one company does not provide it another will.

Thank you for your post!

Hi Dan and Deanna,

It is interesting description on the business card. They must do since they committed to do on their business card. It will give a value to the customer if they keep these committment. Doesn't it back rash if they don't? But they are the things we all need to follow. Your post made me think about the basics. Thank you for your post.

Hello Giovanna, You are so right when you say that a business can die over it. Bad word of mouth spreads faster than good word of mouth. And soon you have nothing left. Thank you for your comments.

Peter, thank you for your comments. That is right. The competition will gladly take over where someone else falls short. Have a great day.

Hello Shaw, It is good to hear from you. Thank you for your comments. You are so right, if they fail to do what is on the card the business will suffer.
