The business world today is rapidly changing. Most travel is probably done online rather than with a traditional travel agent.
I book travel online since it is faster and usually more inexpensive. Also, it can be much quicker with less problems.

Hi Dan and Deanna .. online travel agents here have been around for ages .. I'm not sure it's the work for today's age. I think the airlines are getting in on the job too - limiting others choices.
I have to say I use one, a private one - who had a shop, when I travel .. jsut to make sure I get to the right airport, etc etc .. and the right transfers ..
