Do Your Client Feel That They Are Important To You For More Than Just For Their Wallets?

Part 2

2. Get rid of waste

When you talk to clients, find out where they found the
information about you and your company. If one form of
advertising is working well, and the other one isn't
working as well, consider getting rid of the one that isn't
working.

Depending on what it is, it can be costing you money
without giving anything back in return.

3. Make use of your website

Take a look at your website and look at it with a critical
eye. Try and see it as a customer sees it and make sure
that any questions that they might have are answered.

4. Ask questions

The last thing you want to do is to ask questions. When
people see a question, it makes them think. They may not
have thought about it before, but it helps them take a look
at themselves and they might just find that they do have a
need for your product or service, or want to get more
information.
What can you learn from other industries that can help you with
your business. The video talks about gift certificates. How could
you use that with your business. Can you change it up and make
it fit your business better. This adds sales to your business and
give a great benefit to your client. The more benefits that you
can give to your clients the better off your business is.

Please leave your comments. We love to read them.

So true Giovanna.

If the client thinks that is only for the money. You will likely not have them as a customer or a repeat customer. It is great to have repeat customers. They are happy with what you have offered before and come back again and again. That saves you a lot of money on ads.

You have got it Hilary,

What other things like this can you find to use in your business. Can it changed a little to fit your business better? Think outside the box. It offers more value to what you are offering in the first place.

Hello Hugo and Roxanne,

Gift cert. are only one way. What other things like that can you offer to your clients? If you are writing a newsletter offering that with what they buy. If they are a re-peat buyer maybe a $ 5.00 off the next thing that they buy. What can you think of along this line?

Hi Dan & Deanna,

Gift certificates are definitely a good source of revenue. Most stores have them....as they are instant cash with deferred purchases.

They would be appropriate for a large online retailer. For smaller online businesses I thought your idea of a discount coupon was a good one.

Thanks for the informative post!

Thank you Peter,

How can you use them in your business. If you give clients more than they expect than they keep coming back for more. What can you put into place, if not these things something along that line.
